I shook my head and chuckled. "People like her wear their hearts on their sleeves. I didn't want to waste more time on her. That's all."
I didn't know what Benson said to Camille, but she stopped stirring up trouble for me for a good while. Now that I had left Layton Group behind, it was time for me to start focusing on my career.
The next day, I went straight to the warehouse office, planning to erect a partition and set up my office there. After all, my company had barely started, and it severely lacked funds for the time being.
