The weight of Rachel's words hung in the air, thick with an unspoken promise of vengeance. As she clutched the USB stick, her gaze shifted between Harrison and me, fierce and resolute.
"Tomorrow," Rachel began, her voice low, "we’ll take this to someone who can help us. We need a lawyer who’s not afraid to stand up to someone like Mr. Blackwood."
Harrison’s expression was a mixture of relief and anxiety. "Are you sure about this?" he asked, his voice barely a whisper.
