Chapter 60

Everyone started eating, Scott keeping a watchful eye on the tables around them. They were able to eat in peace luckily, nothing really happening. It was only after they'd paid and stood up to leave that Scott noticed something wrong. He was holding a hand out to help Mitch out of his seat, when he froze. He slowly spun on his heel to scan the area quickly, but thoroughly. Mitch stood behind him, confused. "What are you looking at?" Scott shook his head, taking a step back to protectively wrap an arm around Mitch's waist. Kevin tilted his head at him. "What's wrong, Alpha?" Scott glanced behind him at three men dressed in black, sitting at the bar across the restaurant. Kevin got the hint immediately, and he turned to walk quickly towards the front of the restaurant, Scott following him closely. Mitch was still confused though, as Scott pulled him along. Kevin held the door open for them and then hurried to their car. Scott pushed Mitch into the back seat and followed to sit beside him
