Shiela's POV After Eating, I had enough rest in my room. The warm gestures being shown to me here seems to make me forget about my family, but no I didn't forget them.. they were always at the back of my mind, I only tried to worry less. "The Alpha king said to call a meeting this evening for you to meet everyone" The kind maid said and I nodded . "But I could at least show you around, if you don't mind" "I don't mind" I said and walked with her.. "If you need anything or you want my assistance, the kitchen is over there and I'm always there" She pointed at the other side. "Next to the kitchen is the feast Hall which is mostly for Alpha Tusa and his nuclear family but sometimes the Beta family could be here and the Omega too... It recently has become a general feast hall" she explained and we walked away from there.. "That's the Alpha prince room, Ashley" She pointed and a she-wolf came out of the room, transform to her human form. She seems to be provoked that she didn't even notice our presence nearby. "Who is she?" "Uhm well, Ashley's slut!" She whispered. "Huh?" "I told you so, don't let anyone hear that" She said and I nodded. "Come let's go" She held my hand.. She showed me the Alpha King and Luna's room and other other important chambers I probably needed to know. We met a fine guy on our way and he was way very friendly. He is hot too. "Don't you go there! You didn't say such words when you met your own Mate" My Wolf said and my eyes almost bulged out of my socket. I met my mate already. When? Who? "The one with the sweet smell" I felt my wolf tails. "Ashley!" I said aloud. "No dear, this is not Ashley. This is Lincoln" Glinda said and the fine guy smiled. They didn't just get it. I can't believe Ashley is my own Mate, that guy with a slut. "Hey" Lincoln said to my face.. bringing me back to reality. "Hi" I smiled back. "I was told a new girl joined us today, are you the one?" He asked and I nodded. "I'm Shiela" "Lincoln like she said, I barely look like the Ashley you mistook me for" He said. "Oh that was a mistake" I told him. "Well you are welcome here. Can I have an handshake?" He requested and I stretched my hand but he kissed it instead and I blushed like a fool. "Glinda, I presume you were showing her around" He turned to her. "Yeah, she wanted to know this environment well" "It's fine. Continue what you were doing.. I'm a free person and I'll love to walk with her" He said and I smiled.. "Okay" She said and left me with Lincoln. "Where's your room?" He asked me. "It's on the right side of that passage" I told him and he nodded and kept on staring at me. We talked about random stuffs. Lincoln obviously wants to be my friend or someone intimate to me and I tried to be at alert because I don't even know him yet.. We walked through a passage and there were nobody there. Lincoln stopped walking and instead came closer to me. What?? He raised his hands up ... I don't know what he was up to, and the wolf in me was scared. "Stop!" I freezed him. He communicated with me with his eyes and I unfreezed him. "Sorry" I apologize. "There's a thread on your hair and it's making you look weird and funny. I just wanted to help you remove it but you froze me" He said... removing and showing me the thread. "I said I'm sorry" "Apology accepted. So Is that your special power" "Yeah" "Cool. I can move things with my eyes" He told me. "No wonder, your eyes didn't freeze as well" I scorned and he giggled. "I'm tired of touring around.. my legs hasn't recovered from the incident this morning" I complained to me, hoping he would understand what I'm trying to insinuate. "Do you want a piggyback ride?" He asked me. "What no!" I blurted and he laughed. "I wanna go back to my room and rest" I told him. "Should I walk you back to your room?" he asked me. And I nodded in affirmation..I kept on wondering why he is so nice to me or is it just his personality. "Do you have a mate yet?" He asked me while we walked back. "Uhh..Um, Yeah" I responded. "Is he gone too?" "Gone where?" "I mean, your ancestry.." "No, he is not in my ancestry!" I literally just met him, here. "Oh quite good, I thought you were single and ready to mingle" He said.. "I might be that later" I said.. Who knows, my mate is probably with another Slut again. Wait does he even know I'm his mate, is that why he was nice to me the other time? "What do you mean, you might be single and ready to mingle later?" He asked and I gave an awkward laughter. "Who is your mate?" He asked me. "Uhmm I guess that should be a secret for now.. I will let you know when he acknowledges me" I told him... "Fine!! Fine!!" He said.. disappointedly. Looks like, Lincoln is single and would want to mingle with anyone. Just anyone. "What about your mate?" I asked him. "Mine.. I'm a rejected wolf" He said. "A lonely Omega" He added and laughed it off. My Mate is a flirt, what if he ends up rejecting me too. Damn.. I tremble in fear... At this point, I don't mind if he has alot of sluts, I just don't wanna get rejected too. ***** ****
