I'm done getting ready to go outside for the meeting with the wedding planner.

"We're going to meet the wedding planner today, Big Sister," I said from the other line because Big Sister keeps on asking.

'Alright. Just let me know. Won't you even invite me there to your house?" she asked me. Recently, Big Sister keep on asking me to invite her to come here to River's mansion but I couldn't tell River yet. He was often busy at work and we were irritated with each other.

'Yes, Big Sis. I'll invite you when I have already talked with River. " She didn't say anything as if he was no longer happy with me. As I said, it's really only a month for her to be kind. Look at her pestering me now.

After we talked, I went down. I thought Veron will be the one coming with me because she's the one I've been with these past few days but my lips parted when River was waiting for me outsid

Aviena's POV

I stopped what I was doing when I saw him frown as he looked at me. His face also shouts madness. I can't help but frown at him as well.

'I'm asking what are you doing? Maids keep on coming here to call you. We are waiting for you in the dining, " he said with anger in his voice. He also just kept his eyes on the bags that were full of clothes now. It is some stuff I bought for the kids that I still haven't given away until now.

'I also told you that I'm not going to eat. And while you are here, I want to say goodbye to you. I think I'll stay at my sister's place for a while. " He just kept his cold gaze on my suitcase before giving his full attention to me.

'Why? Is it becau— " I immediately cut him off because I felt like I had an idea about it.

'No. My sister needed me. She's been crying earlier. I just want to visit her. I think spending time there won't really hurt

Aviena's POV

Wait. What? Did he just say the contract to someone else? I thought this was confidential. Wow.

I turned to River who was also looking at me now. He seems to be watching my reaction.

"You know what we have?" I asked as the friendly smile also remained even though it was awkward for me. I hate River for not even telling me about this. They seem good together. Marissa was also looking at me with a smile on her face.

'Yes. River told me. " I just smiled back too because I didn't know what to say. I just introduced myself to her.

'Aviena. River's wife for a while. " I acted nice even though I was actually surprised by the sudden visit of the person River wanted.

She doesn't seem to be able to break dishes. No wonder people think that River and Marissa look good together because they do.

I even saw Marissa holding him before whispering. I hear the gossip of our housemates
