The alcohol, coupled with the cold night breeze, was starting to give Cressida a pounding headache. She glared at Tristan as he walked out from the shadows, suddenly feeling awake and no longer drunk as she confronted him.
"You're really everywhere, Mr. Leigh. I can't seem to shake you off," she said, leaning against the doorframe. "Have you been stalking me?"
