Chapter 36 Yet You Sent Me to Prison
The man in front of Kaia was a stranger, but he was devastatingly handsome, so much so that even Samuel and Caleb, two of the city's top-tier heartthrobs, didn't quite measure up.
Kaia paused for a moment in stunned silence, but quickly snapped out of it. She just wanted a quiet place to be alone for a while and hadn't expected anyone else to be in the stairwell.
She thought about turning back, but she was already there.

With that, she slowly made her way down the stairs with heavy steps.
