I had always known Mia to be impulsive, but her actions that night surpassed even my wildest expectations. Dragged to Kamran's opulent mansion against my will, I found myself ensnared in what looked like yet another trap.
"Mom," I growled, clawing at her hand as her nails dug into my wrist, "you've made a huge mistake! They’ll find out the truth eventually."
