I decided that this moment wasn't the correct one to be thinking about everything. I ended up explaining to Rowan what my nightmare that night was about and how terrified it had me. It didn't just scare me after knowing that the first dream like this I ever had came true, it also reassured me that the decision I was making my staying away from Bennett was the correct one. He was so surrounded by danger that I was sure it could never reach me if no one knew I was his mate. My family would be safe He would be safe.
