Evan and his friends took the overnight flight to Willesden. By the time they landed, dawn had yet to break. The cold wind hit Evan's face the moment he stepped off the plane, but he didn't feel it. There was a fire burning inside him—one that made him desperate to see Joselyn. As they left the airport, one of his friends chuckled. "Evan, remember back in the day? You and Jarrett used to swear you'd never set foot in each other's cities. Yet here you are, walking right into Willesden." Evan didn't respond.
