"No matter what this person's up to, just call Uncle Ethan."
Elizabeth was certain that Ethan Meyers knew whoever sent the package.
Alexander shook his head. "No way. The Prescott family might not care much, but if someone makes a big deal out of this, it won't just be the Meyers family that gets dragged down—it'll affect us too."
"Oliver, call Ethan," Elizabeth ordered firmly.
Oliver hesitated for a second but still dialed the number.
When Ethan arrived and saw what was inside the box, his expression tightened.
"I've got this. I'll handle it myself," he said coolly.
"If you don't mind, Uncle Ethan, care to tell us who sent that package?" Elizabeth asked casually, but her eyes were sharp.
Ethan clearly recognized the sender—no doubt about it.
"It's a personal matter. I don't want you two getting involved."
He was ready to take the box and leave, but his rush only made Elizabeth more curious.
"If you don't explain properly, I'm afraid you're not getting out of here," she said, stepping
