Capitol City Airport. Elizabeth parked the car in the garage and grabbed the gift she had prepared for Justine. The pickup area was crowded, people coming and going. Elizabeth blended in easily, almost invisible in the crowd—yet Justine instantly spotted her, and her eyes lit up as she rushed over. "Lizzy!"
