Joshua didn't have to work overtime on Saturday. So, he invited Jasmine to go gift shopping. The two of them went to the mall. Jasmine had planned to pick out an affordable evening gown, but Joshua led her straight into a luxury boutique. Noticing his calm demeanor, Jasmine's nerves eased a little. He helped her pick a black dress, and she went to try it on. Just then, he received a phone call and stepped outside to answer it. Jasmine changed into the gown and emerged from the fitting room. But when she didn't see Joshua, she decided to wait for him in the boutique. Right then, Sonia and her best friend strolled into the boutique. The moment her gaze landed on Jasmine, a mocking smile appeared on her lips. She wondered what her former sister-in-law, the plain and frugal Jasmine, was doing here. Sonia exchanged a look with her friend and smirked before approaching Jasmine and tapping her shoulder. "What are you doing here, Jasmine?" Jasmine wasn't too surprised to see her. As th
