Chapter 125
"I attempted to smother Tate in his sleep with a pillow." She says, shifting her weight to her other leg. "I got a month down there because I almost did. I felt like a dog when they put me down there, only bringing me out on the nights the octagon was open or to feed me if they thought I was being good." Her fist ball by her sides.
"It's over now." Is all I can provide. It's all I know to say.
"Not for me, Ronnie. Tate might be dead but he's still alive in my memories. He'll always be." Stella replies. Her eyes appear glassy, but not a single tear falls from her eyes.
