"Firefighters really are built different-their plasma's super active. Most of the samples passed all the checks."

The doctor flipped through the documents in his hand, then looked at Lucien a bit awkwardly.
"Mr. Sterling, your plasma didn't meet the standards. We've already disposed of it according to protocol."
He looked up and added kindly, "Might want to lay off the late nights, smoking, and drinking."
