Sleep did not tug on Logan until 4:00 am. It was already dark outside. Logan spared himself the trouble of going home. Instead, he grabbed a blanket and slept in the office. He had barely slept more than a few hours when he was rudely woken up by his secretary bursting through the door. "Mr. Carrington, we have a problem." The words cleared Logan's mind like a bucket of icy water had just been tipped over him. Frowning, he sat up and took the document handed to him by the secretary. One glance at the document had him going still. "CEO of Carrington Group Caught in Late Night Rendezvous With Mysterious Woman." There was even a photo attached with the headline, taken last night at the elevator bay. Since Logan took over Carrington Group, the rumors and stories about him, the CEO of one of the top corporations in Josmere, had been endless. Half of the discourse stemmed from the company's influence, but the other half was courtesy of Logan's demeanor. Decisive as he was, the first th
