Nicholas shook his head. "I don't have a reservation."
"Right this way, please." The waitress, Aimee, gestured for the three of them to follow.
They soon reached the reception desk. Nicholas scanned the restaurant and widened his eyes in surprise.
The restaurant was crowded with dining patrons. It was around 6:00 pm now, the peak of dinner rush, but he was still surprised to see nearly every table occupied.
"One floor in Jazona Tower probably costs at least a million a year in rent," Nicholas thought.
And not every floor was the same size. Some were likely larger, and the rent for those would be even higher.
But one thing was for sure—the total rental income from the entire tower would easily reach into the hundreds of millions annually.
As for the exact figure, he'd have to wait until the system collected the next round of rent to know for sure.
"I'm sorry, sir," Aimee said with an apologetic smile. "All private rooms are booked. Would a table in the main hall be alright?"
