Nicholas had always considered himself a man of action. Once he decided to buy a house, there was no hesitation—he was heading straight to the nearest property development. Sure, this was the Delta district, but that didn't mean there weren't plenty of newly built residential complexes. South Pavilion Estate was the most high-end development in Jazona's Delta district. As Nicholas pulled up to the sales center in his car, two hostesses chatting and laughing at the entrance immediately straightened up and put on their most professional smiles. "Hello, I'd like to check out some properties. Can I park here?" Nicholas rolled down the window, flashing a polite smile. "Of course! Absolutely!" The two hostesses' eyes lit up when they saw his face. Their high heels clicked against the pavement without missing a beat as they eagerly hurried over. "Right this way, sir!" "This parking spot is great! You won't have to back out when you're ready to leave. Just drive straight out." Their
