Chapter 32
A hint of annoyance flashed across Gabriella's eyes.
Did Evelyne really have nothing better to do? This was none of her business—why was she interfering in the first place?
"Are you coming home tonight?" Vincent asked, as cold and distant as ever. The tenderness he once possessed now belonged to only one woman—Gabriella.
Diana remained seated and answered flatly, "No."
The villa was no longer her home. It would never be again.
He withdrew his gaze when he heard her answer, already reaching for Gabriella as he turned to leave without a second thought.
Whether she returned or not made no difference to him. In fact, her refusal worked in his favor. The servants in the villa had already been warned that certain things must never be mentioned.
However, just as he was about to turn away, Evelyne sneered. "What for? Is your bed big enough to fit three adults?"
As expected of Evelyne, her tongue had always been sharp.
"Evelyne Cornelius!" Vincent snapped. His tone was evidently laced
