Seeing that Diana offered no objections, Vincent immediately instructed Aaron to begin preparing paperwork for the share transfer. The next morning, he left the Hendrix residence early with the excuse of an urgent business matter.
Tapping his cane against the floor, Jason muttered with a resigned look, "Even during Christmas, he can't tear himself away from work."
"Grandpa, let him be. I'll keep you company, alright?" Diana smiled warmly and began massaging his shoulders.
"You've always been the thoughtful one, Diana." Jason chuckled, his expression softening with affection as he reached out to pat her hand.
Meanwhile, Aaron sat waiting in the car by the roadside.
Vincent slid into the back seat and said curtly, "Let's go."
Aaron began hesitantly, "Mr. Hendrix, I'm not sure if I should say this…"
He looked up and said coolly, "What is it?"
Taking a deep breath, Aaron stole a glance at his icy expression through the rearview mirror. "If Mrs. Hendrix finds out about this…"
