Chapter 859
"How long has this place been abandoned? It's in such terrible shape!" Hannah waved her hand through the dust and frowned, her eyes scanning the neglected storefront.
Andrew, however, didn't seem bothered by the state of the place. Instead, he studied the layout thoughtfully. The space wasn't huge, about 400 square feet, with just a counter and a few broken tables and chairs left behind. The floor, made of stone slabs, was covered in grime, and chunks of plaster had fallen off the walls. It would definitely need a complete makeover before it could be used.
"I'll hire some people to renovate it," Andrew said, already planning ahead. "Once it's fixed up, you can run a small business here during your downtime."
Having never considered anything remotely like this, Hannah found the idea surprisingly intriguing. She didn't outright refuse and instead tilted her head, asking with a sly grin, "And how are you planning to pay me? I don't work for free, you know."
Andrew smirked at her mock
