Chapter 1852 Come with Us

“Hold on!” Alice could not stop herself from calling out to him once again when she noticed that he was about to leave. She felt very unwilling to part with him. Zayn’s expression was tainted with confusion. He asked, “Is there anything else?” Meanwhile, Prince William could tell that his fiancee had already fallen for the Rheasian! Alice was his bride-to-be, so despite his respect for Zayn, he could not accept that she would be flirting with another man in his presence. Moreover, he was a prince! Even so, he did not have the courage to protest it. He could only clench his fists in anger and lower his head in rage. He had the courage to berate Zayn before the Rheasian had shown his strength, but now, he knew that Zayn was a true powerhouse. He did not dare to lose his temper no matter how furious he was. Doing so would only end up worse for him. Alice felt rather nervous as Zayn looked at her. Still, her mind was working at full speed to come up with something to keep him from leaving. She felt that if she were to let Zayn leave, she would never see him again, so she wanted to keep him there at all costs! She took a step forward and felt an idea emerge in her mind. She said, “Didn’t you say that you wish to meet the Queen? We happen to be heading back to the palace now. You may come with us.” Upon hearing that, Prince William clenched his fists even tighter! ‘Damn you, Alice. How dare you flirt with some brute in my presence! Just wait and see how I’m going to deal with you later!” He assumed he managed to conceal his emotions well and did not expect that Zayn had noticed his reaction. Zayn shook his head and said in a meaningful tone, “We should leave it at that. I don’t want to cause any misunderstandings with your fiance.” Prince William was immediately astonished to hear that. Was the Rheasian able to read his mind? Alice then turned her eyes to Prince William and noticed his savage, distorted expression. She was revolted by him even more. Alice said, “I must repay your kindness for saving my life, Zayn. If you’re not in a rush to meet the Queen, why don’t you come with me. My family will be repaying your kindness with utmost generosity!” Upon saying that, Alice looked at Zayn with a hopeful expression, greatly hoping that he would accept her invitation. Zayn was planning on rejecting her, but he noticed Alice’s eagerness and he remembered that he was all alone in a foreign land. He considered for a moment before he accepted the invitation. “Sure.” Alice immediately beamed joyfully. It did not take long before Alice’s family showed up after she made a call to them. They were shocked by the sight of the bodies on the ground and hastily ran over to Alice. They were only relieved after they discovered that she was fine. “What happened, Ms. Alice?” It was an old man in a tuxedo who appeared to be the family’s butler. Alice quickly narrated the incident to them. They looked toward Zayn with shock and admiration in their eyes . Zayn nodded at them respectfully, but he did not speak. The family then greeted Prince William. By the time more royal guards arrived, Alice and her bodyguards had left with her family. Zayn also went with them. He was feeling hungry by then. Alice was unaware that Prince William was staring at them grimly as they departed.
