At that moment, the hatred Simone had buried deep inside finally erupted, twisting and consuming her soul. Calling the police wasn't enough. That would be too easy on Cameron. She had been putting up with so much for years. Sylvia set her up, Hazel insulted her, and even David Johnston, her father, beat her up. But she said nothing. When Richard and Madeline belittled her in all sorts of ways, she just took it. She had endured and stayed quiet for too long. She had had enough and was ready to get back at them. Cameron was the first target. Simone sneered. "You're the one who said it, Cameron. So it starts today. Come over to my place tonight and watch me sleep with Wilbur. But before you come in, I'll have to search you. No recording or filming allowed." Hearing that, Cameron's expression stiffened, but he finally gave in. That was his only chance at keeping Simone.
