**Aurore's POV** My body was falling through the air. I closed my eyes waiting for the impact on the rocks or, hopefully, the water. I could feel my body shrinking and popping and I unconsciously opened my arms. The air brushed under my arms and lifted my now light body. The wind blew through my feathers................Wait! Feathers? I opened my eyes and realized I was hovering over the water. I flapped my arms, which were now wings, and was propelled forward. Strangely, it felt natural to be flying. I flapped my wings catching the wind and soaring over the trees next to the bottom of the waterfall. I felt a dull ache throughout my body starting from the center of my chest pulling me , but I ignored it.
