Stephen stared at Natalie in disbelief. He hurried to pull her back, but as he stood up and walked forward, the handcuffs stopped him short. Stephen snapped, "Natalie, get back here. Do you even know what you're doing? You're actually apologizing to him?" Natalie shot back, "And do you know what you're doing, Stephen? Can you stop making things worse?" Stephen said, "How am I making things worse? Was it wrong for me to stand up for you?" Natalie asked quietly, "So, I'm supposed to just watch you get sued, sentenced, and thrown into jail?" "Felix doesn't have that kind of pull!" Stephen shouted. Felix might not, but Abigail might. And Jeffrey definitely did. All it would take was a little pillow talk from Abigail, and Jeffrey would destroy both her and Stephen without blinking. He was willing to do anything for the woman he loved. If this could be resolved now, it had to be. If Felix took this to Abigail, there would be no way out. Natalie said, "Steph, calm down. Leave this to
