Roseline’s POV Adrian didn’t like what I said. His eyes turned dark instantly, peering at me with suspicion. I panicked, giving him a shy smile. He charged at me with rage like a wild animal as he demanded to know “Are you planning on leaving?” I was caught in utter dismay as I glared at him sharply. I thought he wouldn’t care but here he was making a fuss over my statement. I stuttered at his intense stare “ I..I mean ….I’m not the only one who’s supposed to take care of Roman , but may be the new nanny would be better than me and I understand . I only want the best for Roman. As long as he is happy, I shouldn’t care whether he’s with me or someone else.” I explained as calmly as I could. My nose stung uncomfortably…. even if I said it out aloud, I didn’t mean it in my heart. It wasn’t supposed to end like this with us.
