As the afterglow of the setting sun dissipated, a thick dusk settled in. A silver Porsche slipped past a pickup truck through the dazzling colorful neon lights and stopped at the entrance of the Cupid's Touch Hotel.
It was Linda who had asked him to come. Xander lifted his wrist to look at his watch. It was already half past nine in the evening, and a black BMW was driving into the underground parking lot. Linda was always early, and they never dined together - upon arriving at the hotel, they always went straight to the point. He enjoyed it when women took the initiative, in turn delighting himself.
