When you think about it, they already had every advantage going into the pitch. With their reputation, resources, and connections, winning this account should have been easy for them. But putting Isabel in charge was a huge mistake.
Lumina might have thought that since Isabel was the creative director of BrightWave Media, she was capable of leading her team, especially when our group had been one of the top-performing teams in the company at the time.
