CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY – A DESERVED REWARD
Anya, ever the loyal friend, offered Charlotte small tokens of kindness whenever she could. She secured a slightly larger room for Charlotte in the servants' quarters, a welcome reprieve from the cramped confines of her previous accommodations.
And on occasion, she would arrange for Charlotte to take breaks from her duties, allowing her a brief respite from the relentless demands of life at Griffith Manor.
