He continued," Do you really have it in you? Have you ever killed someone? Have you felt the life bleed out of them under your hands?" A cold shiver ran up and down my spine. He was scary as fuck when he wanted to be. His tone turned into a disappointed sneer, "And now, you want to do it cowardly, while another Wolf sleeps? I haven't known you long, but I never took you for a coward." Shame flowed through me. I wasn't a coward. I knew the rules of engagement.
