Richard's POV.
We pulled up on Penny's street, parking a couple of houses away. Ross was confident that Penny's sister would come out soon, so we waited.
I nodded, my eyes scanning the surroundings. Ross handed me a shade, and I put it on, settling in for the wait.
A thought suddenly occurred to me, and I turned to Ross.
"Serena won't be happy if she finds out about this," I said, concern etched on my face.
Ross chuckled.
"Isn't that when we tell her?" he replied, a sly grin spreading across his face.
I nodded in agreement, knowing he was right.
"No one needs to know," I said. "We're doing it for her good."
I didn't want to risk getting on Serena's bad side. Ross relaxed into his seat, watching the surroundings with a keen eye. I looked outside, my mind racing with doubts.
"Are you sure this is going to work?" I asked, seeking reassurance.
Ross let out a weary sigh and turned to me.
"Are you scared?" he asked.
