"Got it." Henry quickly followed Marcus's instructions. Elaine felt instantly at ease after finding out Jones had arrived. To her, that meant things were basically settled—at least her scheming from the night before wasn't for nothing. Still... hopefully, that foreign guy wouldn't mess things up with a slip of the tongue. Not like worrying would help now, anyway. Better to relax a bit while Marcus wasn't around. She dug into a hidden folder on her computer and pulled out the modified version of Minesweeper she'd been tinkering with. Thanks to her tweaks, the game now had only one mine—way easier to play. It's not that she doubted her intelligence or anything. She just thought those mines made the screen look messy. So she did a little cleanup, that's all. She was having a great time with the game when Marcus walked back in. Elaine immediately rushed to close the window, but of course, it froze for a second. Great. Now he'd totally seen it.
