Sabrina's gaze lingered on the fingers gripping her arm. They were slender and well-defined, making it impossible for her to ignore.
She held back the urge to pull away and looked at Fiona in shock.
"Fiona, I'm sorry to interrupt your date with Mr. Tucker."
Sabrina didn't look sorry at all. Fiona bit her lip in frustration but gave Nelson a heartbreaking gaze.
However, Nelson ignored Fiona and quickly explained to Sabrina, "We're not on a date."
"Oh? Mr. Tucker, a simple thank you doesn't seem enough to repay your kindness. How about I treat you and Fiona to dinner?" Sabrina asked.
"No thanks," replied Fiona.
"Okay," replied Nelson.
Fiona stared in disbelief at Nelson's quick agreement. She opened her mouth to speak but eventually gave in, saying, "I'll go along with whatever Nelson wants."
Sabrina smiled and pulled her arm free. She sighed as she walked toward the elevator and shook her arm uncomfortably as if she felt disgusted. Nelson's eyes darkened at her response.
