Chapter 17 What happened  Lucien Once I was done with him, I washed my hands, changed my shirt and left the washroom. The anger that had been pulsing through me in hot white waves had reduced and I could see clearly.  I had come here for Lila and even if she was busy, I would find a way to meet her. I didn't care what it was I had to do to achieve my goals.  I found a table a little far from them but it gave me a direct view as well. As I sat down, his eyes found mine and they widened, quickly falling to the floor and away from me.  “He better keep it like that" I muttered.  The waitress came up to me and I ordered my food. Lila looked like she would soon be done and I didn't want to waste time so I didn't miss her.  I watched as they spoke before the couple stood up, hands extended for a handshake. Lila took it, watching as they all left.  As soon as they were gone, I stood up and went to join her.  She raised a brow when I sat down opposite her. “Well? How may I help you M
