I didn't want to go of him. It didn't matter that my whole world was spinning. I only wanted to sniff that his scent that I couldn't get out of my head.
“How much do you like me?” I asked, watching his jawline as he drove. Did this man know how beautiful he looked?
He smiled a bit, making him look like some angel. “I don't like you, Lila,” he said. “I love you. A whole lot. I never stopped loving you.”
I smiled, drumming my fingertips against his thigh. He suddenly frowned as he looked at me.
“Fuck, I don't even know your address. Can you tell me? You're no longer living in the hotel, right?” I nodded, but I didn't even remember my own address.
“I don't know anymore,” I whispered, running my hands through my hair as I sniffled again. He held his hands up in supplication as he parked on the side of the road.
