Henrietta refused to get up. Her already pale face turned whiter, and her eyes were glassy and unfocused. If she kept it up, she'd collapse.
Thalia softened. "I can give the Crestfalls a way out, but I won't stay married."
"If you get divorced, the Crestfalls will be finished," Henrietta said dejectedly. "Unless you two get divorced in secret first, then announce it to the public at the right moment."
Thalia frowned. She wanted a clean break from the Crestfalls.
