Beyond control
As night came, I headed to my small room, feeling a mix of excitement and fear. Rachel had left me a neat note: "Be careful, darling. Remember, this place is dangerous." I put the note in my pocket.
I was very tired, so I lay down on my bed, thinking about the day. Soon, I fell asleep without realizing what my choice meant.
