Victoria wasn't someone who scared easy—Charisse's move had seriously pissed her off.
She snapped, "Go on then! Pull the trigger if you dare!"
Charisse didn't even blink—she squeezed the trigger. Her hand moved slowly, but the faint click echoed in Victoria's ears like a blade scraping over bone. It sent a chill straight down her spine.
