Chapter 19: Don’t Worry About What Could Happen

~ Willow ~ Normally I would be eager to get to the fights that my day would just drag by. Today though, it seemed to speed by. I am not ready to face what could happen when Drake finds Brax with me. I have half the mind to just stay home, but I can’t just lock myself away the entire time Brax is here. I also can’t keep this from Drake forever. Drake and I are not even together. I shouldn’t be feeling this way. If the two of them get into a fight, it’s not my freaking fault. Still… a fight is one thing, but a fight over me is different. I never want that. I may be a woman, but I can defend myself. The guilt would overtake me if one of them got hurt, or worse. I know how Drake’s temper is, and there we would be surrounded by his friends. Brax would be outnumbered. It’s almost time to leave. I decided I don’t want to worry about what could happen. I want to let loose and have fun. Who knows, maybe Drake and Brax can settle their differences and become friends. I roll my eyes at my own tho
