Chapter 1377
Matthew held the broken bat and crouched down. Looking at the screaming Tavian clutching his leg, Matthew asked, "I'll ask you one more time. Do you know anything about Kyler?"
Tavian repeatedly shook his head. "I honestly have no idea. I swear!"
Matthew glanced at the broken bat in his hand. It had already snapped in half, and the jagged end had turned into a sharp wooden spike, as deadly as a knife.
His eyes gleamed with a cold glint. With a swift motion, he flipped his hand and jabbed the sharp wooden spike into Tavian's other leg.
The wooden spike sank into Tavian's thigh. He cocked his head back and screamed in agony, like a wounded animal. His voice tore through the air, piercing and unbearably harsh.
Matthew furrowed his brows. "I'm giving you another chance. Do you have any leads to find Kyler?"
Travian was drenched in sweat from the pain as he pleaded, "I can look it up. I can find his info. Please make it stop. I'll help you with whatever you want to know about him."
