As soon as Moshe's voice faded, a man with a small braid, Floyd Haines, handed his gun to a buddy, pulled out a plastic zip tie, and walked up to Clinton. He ordered, "Hands out."

Blood gushed from Clinton's nose as he staggered back, furious. He had a dozen lies ready to go—he knew he could spin them so well, the other guy would not know what hit him. Too bad they were not giving him the chance. He looked helplessly at Matthew.
