Author's POV Jude remained silent for a moment and ignored Mirielle as she continued to stare at him. He wanted to steady his feelings first because dealing with his grandmother always weighed on him It was always the same—she constantly wanted him to be with Moira. His grandmother only wanted to see Moira happy without considering if Jude, her own grandson, was also happy. She didn't even seem to care if Jude loved Moira at all. "Great-grandmother asked me to take you to the hot springs," he said after a long silence, making Mirielle wait impatiently. He didn't take his eyes off his plate. The most important thing for him was that he had followed his grandmother's instructions. Mirielle, upon hearing the news, clapped her hands and cheered happily. "Hot springs again. Yay!" She turned to her mother, who was chewing her food slowly. Earlier, Moira's heart had been racing because she thought it was Bella who had called. If that had been the case, she might have left the mansion immediat
