Chapter Twenty – Nine. Rot in hell. Ivanna's POV He wasn’t the real Alpha? This was the most shocking of all the confessions I've heard today. My parents never mentioned it either.  How did all these happen, and no one knew about them? "You killed him?" the king asked, appalled by his confession. "A mere secret guard killed an Alpha? What a joke!" "I was his most trusted person and his only daughter's mate. He was blinded by the trust he had in me, so it made it possible for me to do anything to him, including poisoning him. Just the same thing I did to his daughter." Alpha Dean announced, with no hint of remorse. I watched him speechlessly. How could someone be so blatantly vile? And to think I ever referred to him as 'Master'. An evil man like him could never be my Master. "And why did you kill your Luna? You were already the Alpha. I don't see why you had to do it." The king quizzed further, more out of curiosity than just mere interrogations.  "That bitch threatened to expose me wh
