Steven slapped Sebastian. He said calmly as Sebastian glared at him in rage, "Do you still believe you're worth anything to me? You think too highly of yourself and too little of me!" Steven stepped forward and stared at Sebastian's trembling gaze while saying coldly, "Your life is destined to be over the moment you go against me, got it?" With a blank stare and a pale face, Sebastian's anger slowly faded. He didn't beg for mercy and didn't manipulate Miranda any further. He looked at Steven and said with a hoarse voice, "To the victor goes the spoils. You've won this time. Those who deceive others will eventually be deceived. I've fallen for your tricks today. But one day, you'll die under the tricks of others." Steven said, "Now that's something a man should say before he dies. It's fitting of your military achievements.
