Chapter 53

I wanted Esme to be happy and I would do everything she needed, anything she asked and all that she wanted in order to make her happy but I wasn't going to give her up. I wanted to see Esme smile and laugh, I want to see her open up to me and be herself. I knew that it would take a while but I was going to make it happen. Esme was my mate whether she could accept it or not. She was mine just as much as I was hers. I had waited too long for her and now that I had found her I wasn't going to let her go easily. Esme was perfect, she was beautiful and although she came with a past I would protect her from it and any other threats that stepped in our future. Esme was mine.
