Eileen's POV That night, the memo was released about there being a special training program for females who are of age and it shocked the entire pack, I knew it would have an impact but I personally didn't think it would have that much of an impact. While some of the feedback we got was quite discouraging, we found the voices of some women, young women to be precise, encouraging us and praising us for the bold step we were taking and that was all I needed to be encouraged. I knew not everyone would be happy with this new development but I didn't care, I didn't care about what selfish people wanted, I was going to do what was best for the pack and empowering women was on the top of my to do list.
