He knew he'd been caught. With a silent sigh, he murmured, "Julia, when did you realize I was outside?"
"During dinner, Sebastian. What are you trying to do? Just say it." Julia's tone left no room for him to give excuses.
"If I told you I only wanted to take care of you… Would you believe me?" His voice was soft, and his expression was painfully sincere.
Julia turned away from his gaze. After a pause, she said, "I don't need it. My mom can take care of me. If not, I still have friends, and if necessary, I could even hire a nurse. Your care isn't something I need."
