Then, she mumbled in surprise, "Was Laura looking at Ronan that day, not Andrew?" That thought made sense to her. Andrew was from Cyntia, and there probably were not many women brave enough to pursue him. Besides, Laura got sent to the mountains for volunteer teaching because Andrew was behind her punishment in the first place. Melina felt torn. Should she warn Ronan? Laura hadn't been a nice person in the past, but maybe she had changed. Maybe she was serious about teaching, and they genuinely admired each other. Melina hesitated. She decided to keep quiet and not say much. Laura's character now was for Ronan to figure out. She yawned, feeling sleepy again. Dante gave her arm a gentle shake. "Melina, don't sleep yet. You just woke up not long ago. If you sleep too much during the day, you might have insomnia at night. Let's take a walk."
