Genevieve didn't go to a pharmacy. Instead, she drove through downtown with practiced ease, weaving through turns until she plunged into the old district where the streets were narrow and packed. The pavement was always slick and muddy, and the air was thick with a heavy stench of fish. She had timed it perfectly.
