Chapter 21

Deborah passed out for three whole days. During these three days, she had the same nightmare over and over again. She dreamt of the tragic experiences of her past life, seeing her father being hit by a car driven by Brisa, with his body lying in front of her. Even though she desperately wanted to wake up and felt incredibly uncomfortable, she was unable to do so. Then she saw Paislee once more, dead in front of her and drenched in blood. "Dad, don't!" With her face drenched in cold sweat, Deborah yelled as she sat up. "Deborah! You've woken up!" The sound of his daughter's voice calling out delighted Paislee, who was standing next to her.  Inhaling deeply, Deborah gazed at the endearing face of Paislee. She realized that everything that had just happened was a dream at that point. "Dad!" She threw herself into Paislee's arms and hugged him. Her face was covered in tears as she expressed her concern.
